KOKAMDO Co., Ltd. is an office interiors company led by Co-CEOs An Hyang-ja and Kim Ki-ho. We have designed and built offices since 1991, working with each company from space planning through design and construction.

Founded as Gogamdo Interior Design
Started as a design and construction firm specializing in office interiors
Incorporated as KOKAMDO Co., Ltd.
Converted to a corporation
Licensed interior construction contractor (2000)
Expanded our scope with a construction license
Corporate Environment Design Institute (est. 2005)
Set up a dedicated team for space data research and design improvement
Inno-Biz certification (2007) and Main-Biz certification
Recognized as a technology innovation company; introduced the Factory+Interior concept in Korea
Ethical management certification for venture companies
Built transparent, ethical management practices; received Women-owned business certification (2009)
Member, Korea Design Firms Association (2010)
Joined the Korea Design Firms Association as a full member
Design consulting division launched
Expanded into design consulting as a new line of business
Digital project management adopted
