Not one manager's hunch. We plan space from data on your whole team.

We start by reading headcount and the way people work, then set the area and layout. That gives every square meter a reason, lowers the anxiety during construction, and keeps the same team with you after move-in. We have worked this way since 1991.

    Focus — meeting rooms

    Meeting rooms are open and too few for focused meetings. Floors 2 to 4 have none.

    Order — storage

    Storage sits on B2F, so boxes pile up in the work areas on every floor.

    Rest — support spaces

    The only break area is on 6F. It is out of the way and crosses visitor traffic.

For schools and public buildings we look at function, safety, schedule and administrative requirements together. We have built in schools during classes and in agencies during working hours.
